We only use quality natural cotton lead-free wicks, ensuring we create products that burn clean and beautifully for your customers.

ARE YOUR CANDLES SUITABLE FOR VEGANS?

All of our soy candles are made with soy wax and high-grade perfume oils. We don't test on animals and the ingredients we use are also cruelty free.

HOW ARE YOUR CRYSTALS SOURCED?

All of our crystals are ethically sourced from all around the world. Each crystal stone we use inside our products are carefully and thoughtfully chosen and designed by our Three Suns Team. All crystals have been cleansed and energized before leaving our Head Quarters and ready for you to enjoy + place inside your space.

WHERE ARE YOUR CANDLES MADE?

We make every single candle by hand in our warehouse in Belrose in Sydney Australia. The whole process is done in-house by our team of 12.

CAN I GET SAMPLES BEFORE ORDERING?

Absolutely! You can purchase individual tealight or melt samples and we also include a free sample in parcels whenever we can. Drop us a note if there's a scent you didn’t order but would like to try.

CAN MY ORDER BE SENT AS A GIFT?

Absolutely! You can choose to gift box or gift bag your order by adding the option to your cart before checking out. We can include a note if you'd like, and we never send parcels out with financial information in them. Please note that parcels are often sent in branded cardboard boxes

WHEN DO YOU RELEASE NEW FRAGRANCES?

Here at Three Suns, we pride ourselves on only ever bringing you quality of the highest standard and we ensure all new releases have been vigorously tested before they are available to you. We strive to bring new releases out as often as possible and, rest assured, when a new scent is released it has our full confidence, you are going to love it.  

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

All our items are thoroughly quality checked as part of the packing process before leaving our Head Quarters. We always do our very best to ensure that every order arrives to you in perfect condition. Please head over to our Shipping Info for further information. 

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Due to the nature of our products, we do recommend allowing of up to 3-5 days for all hand-made products, which is in addition to delivery time, however we do always strive to process all orders faster than this where possible. Once dispatched via  Australia Post, your order should be with you in 2-5 days.
Please note, we do offer delivery for orders via Australia Post. If you require your parcel sooner, Express Shipping is there as an option.
New Zealand customers, we recommend selecting Express option as this allows us to track your order from door to door. Standard shipping can take up to 11-14 business days and I’m untraceable once it has left Australia.
