Our large 320g candles burn for approximately 55-60 hours, while our smaller 100g candles burn for 25-30 hours. Burn time depends on proper candle care:

• Trim wick to 5mm before each use
• Burn for 2-3 hours at a time for even wax pool
• Keep away from drafts
• Stop burning when 1cm of wax remains

With proper care, your Three Suns crystal candle will provide weeks of beautiful fragrance and ambiance.

All of our crystals are ethically sourced from all around the world. Each crystal stone we use inside our products are carefully and thoughtfully chosen and designed by our Three Suns Team. All crystals have been cleansed and energized before leaving our Head Quarters and ready for you to enjoy + place inside your space.

All our items are thoroughly quality checked as part of the packing process before leaving our Head Quarters. We always do our very best to ensure that every order arrives to you in perfect condition. Please head over to our Shipping Info for further information. 

We are well known for your 24hour dispatch times. We do always strive to process all orders within this timeframe. Once dispatched via Australia Post, your order should be with you in 2-5 days. Please note, we do offer delivery for orders via Australia Post. If you require your parcel sooner, Express Shipping is there as an option. New Zealand customers, we recommend selecting Express option as this allows us to track your order from door to door. Standard shipping can take up to 11-14 business days and is untraceable once it has left Australia. 

Yes. We have beautiful electronic gift cards up to any value and they start from $25. Each gift card has a validation from date of purchase for 12 months. Once you purchase the gift card, your loved one will get it emailed directly to their inbox!
