I used to be a loyal customer (spending in the 1000s) of another crystal candle company in the past and on one occasion happened to purchase a Mystery Box from them as well. However, when I came to receive the box in the mail, I discovered the total value of the contents inside was actually below what they had promised. Then, when I contacted them about the issue they tried to gaslight me into believing the boxes were to value and that 'supplier costs' had just increased when I had actually purchased every item in that box from them before or they were still listed with current prices on the website. Well, NOT the case here! You definitely get what you are promised if not MORE in these Mystery Boxes. Even more, they ensured a true variety of items was included in the box - no double ups, even though I had also purchased a seperate full sized candle in addition to the box. I'm so pleased with what I've received. In the end, I ended up never purchasing from that company again, due to their unethical marketing practises and poor customer treatment to a long time customer, so I'm glad I've found an equivalent if not better crystal candle company to spend my hard earned dollars on. In addition to having beautifully scented candles with meaning behind them, Three Suns are also an honest and ethical company that is true to their word. That is the kind of company you can trust and I will personally continue to support in the future.
Three Sons range is the best ! Their Candles, defuses , melts, tea lights are all amazing 😍 I first bought them for myself I think I may have been one of their first customers.
