Three Suns Refund Policy
At Three Suns, we’ve got your back with FREE RETURNS on your first order! We know that buying candles online can be a little daunting - you can’t smell or see them in person! That’s why we make it easy for you. If your first candle doesn’t have you completely obsessed, just reach out within 14 days. As long as it’s unused and in excellent condition, we’ll handle the return or exchange for you.
To start the return process, simply email us at sales@three-suns.com.au with details about what you’d like to return and why. We’ll send you the instructions to follow! Just a heads up: we can't accept returns for candles that have been lit unless there’s a manufacturing fault. This policy is for your first order only.
For items purchased from retail or other online stores, please check their return policy. If you’re returning items after your first order, you’ll need to cover the postage. Make sure to use the original packaging and a 'signed for' service for proof of delivery, as we can’t be responsible for lost items. Once we receive your returned item in great condition, we’ll issue a credit or refund, minus shipping costs.

If you receive a defective item, let us know within 72 hours of delivery - we’ll make it right! Just remember, we can’t accept returns for change of mind or scent preferences during sale periods.
